STEMLogic is an industry leader in Public Sector technology, working at the intersection of innovation and safety. STEMConnect is their latest product — an app built to support paramedics in the field, where the stakes are real and the margin for error is zero.

Strategy

Launching an innovative product into a highly specialised sector demands more than a feature walkthrough. The decision-makers in the room — ambulance authorities, health sector leaders, emergency management teams from across Australasia — needed to feel the problem before they could appreciate the solution.


The strategic choice was to put the product in context: a day in the life of a paramedic, from logging on for a shift to managing the real challenges that unfold on site. Live action wasn't a stylistic decision, it was a credibility one.

Design

The hybrid format was central to how the film communicated. Live action footage grounds the story in the reality of paramedicine — the urgency, the environment, the human stakes. Motion graphics are layered directly over the footage to show STEMConnect working in context: key features and functionality surfacing at the exact moments they're needed in the field.


The film debuted as the hero of STEMConnect's launch at the CAA Congress in Adelaide, Australasia's premier event for the ambulance and health sector, played on loop at the event booth and screened to a full room of senior decision-makers during the keynote.


To support the launch, PEDRA also designed and developed a custom landing page as the campaign's CTA — ensuring that every conversation sparked at the event had somewhere considered to land.

Results

The film was met with enthusiasm from the STEMLogic team, the event generated significant traction with decision-makers, and the integrated approach — film, booth, landing page — created a cohesive experience that held up across every touchpoint.
