Launching a product to UX researchers who get it done.

Askable is the research platform built to connect teams with the right participants, faster. Askable+ was their next step — a new feature designed to remove the friction that makes traditional user research slow, expensive and harder than it needs to be.
User research has a well-known bottleneck problem. Recruiting participants, coordinating sessions, managing the back-and-forth between researchers and clients — the process is fragmented by design, and the people who feel it most are the ones doing it every day.
Askable+ was built to fix that. The launch at UX Australia 2021 put the product in front of exactly the right room: UX researchers, product teams and design leaders who knew the pain intimately. The film needed to speak to that audience directly — demonstrating the ease of the new features while making the value immediately legible to prospective users encountering Askable for the first time.
The hybrid format was the right choice for a product built around human connection. Live action brings the two key users — the UX Researcher and the Client — into the frame, grounding the product story in recognisable, real-world scenarios.
The film made its debut at UX Australia as the centrepiece of the Askable+ launch.
The launch generated immediate traction — positive reception from the conference audience, demos booked, and meaningful new brand awareness in a community that the product was built to serve.
